AR Glass Fibre Chopped Strand 12mm

Our 12mm Alkali Resistant Glass Fibres are designed to be added directly to concrete mixes to increase strength and improve crack resistance.

The fibres disperse throughout the concrete, providing reinforcement throughout the finished piece and helping reduce the risk of cracking. Ideal for concrete worktops, furniture and other cast concrete projects.

For cast-in-place concrete worktops, we recommend adding 60g of glass fibres per full mix. Add the fibres gradually towards the end of mixing to ensure even distribution.

For GFRC applications, fibres should be added at approximately 3% of the total mix weight.
