International Orders Shipping Policy
For international orders placed outside the United Kingdom, shipping may display as Free Shipping at checkout. This is a temporary placeholder only and does not mean shipping is free of charge.
International shipping costs vary depending on order size, weight, destination country, and courier rates. Because of this, the final shipping cost will be calculated once the order has been placed.
Once your order is received, we will contact you with the exact shipping charge before dispatch. If you do not wish to proceed after receiving the shipping cost, the order can be cancelled and refunded.

Delivery Times
Orders are normally processed within 1 to 2 working days.
Standard delivery usually takes 2 to 4 working days from dispatch.

Larger or palletised items may incur additional delivery charges. These will be clearly shown before you complete your purchase.
Local Collection
Warehouse collection is available by appointment only.
