Case 1

Outdoor Kitchen (Lewis)

Created a bespoke outdoor kitchen worktop using The Concrete Sett products throughout the project. The worktop was cast using the Off White Worktop Mix with Square Edge Forms and includes an undermounted sink. Once cured, the surface was lightly sanded and sealed using Seal Hair, providing long lasting protection suitable for outdoor use. The finished worktop achieved a clean, consistent result and Clare was very happy with the final outcome.

Case 2

Main Kitchen (Jarvis)

Created a high end indoor kitchen worktop using the Off White Worktop Mix with Ogee Forms, finished with Aqua Poxy sealer. The design includes a butler sink with a square edge return and a large breakfast bar. The surface was sanded deep to expose the aggregate below, using a combination of dry and wet polishing pads to polish well into the concrete. This process achieved a crisp, clean finish, including on the ogee edges which are difficult to perfect due to their concave profile and tendency to trap air. The final result is a sharp, consistent surface with excellent edge detail and a standout finish.

Case 3

Bathroom Vanity (Stuart)

Stuart created a double sink vanity using the Off White Admix with Euro Forms and two sink forms, sealed with Waterus. The vanity was produced using scrap wood for the build, which was painted, keeping the project highly budget friendly. The concrete mix used only one admix, one cement and one silica sand, yet achieved a result that would typically cost over £2,000 if purchased ready made. The surface was sanded very deep to fully expose the coloured sand throughout the worktop. While the customer noted they would add more large aggregate in future for additional visual impact, they were extremely happy with the finished product and could not believe the final finish achieved.
