The Custom Mix

Our Custom Mix is a specially formulated, ready-to-use concrete mix designed to help you create stunning, bespoke concrete worktops with ease.

Whether you’re a DIY enthusiast or an experienced professional, our Custom Mix takes the guesswork out of concrete mixing. Simply add water, mix and pour, to create a beautiful, durable concrete surface.

For additional strength and reinforcement, we recommend incorporating our AR glass fibres, available separately.

For one full 20kg bucket of the Custom Mix, use 2.8L clean cold water. 

We also recommend adding 60g of our AR glass fibres per 20kg bucket.

Each 20kg bucket of Custom Mix provides approximately:

• Standard Forms (58mm): 0.24m² per bucket
• Euro Forms (32mm): 0.42m² per bucket

Coverage may vary slightly depending on the thickness of your worktop and the shape of your project.

Do I need to add cement or sand?

No! Custom Mix is ready to use. Simply add water and mix thoroughly.

Do I need glass fibres?

We strongly recommend adding 60g of our AR glass fibres per 20kg bucket to improve the strength of the concrete.

Can I use Custom Mix for other than cast-in-place worktops?

Absolutely! Custom Mix is suitable for all methods.
