Waterus Sealer Application Guide

Mixing

• Mix 2 parts A to 1 part B.

• Dilute with clean water:

  • Minimum dilution: 25% water

  • Maximum dilution: 50% water

Application Tools

• Use a nap roller.

• Do not use a foam roller.

First Application Method

1. Apply the sealer wet and generously across the entire surface.

2. Make sure all areas are fully covered.

3. Once the surface is saturated, dip the roller and immediately go back over the area again.

   • This acts like two coats applied back to back.

   • Application should take only a few minutes.

4. Remove excess sealer from the roller.

5. Lightly back roll the surface:

   • Do not over roll.

   • Simply level the sealer.

   • Remove bubbles and puddles.

6. Leave the surface.

   • The sealer will self level.

   • Lines will disappear as it dries and shrinks.

Second Application

• After 15 minutes, repeat the same application process.

Number of Applications

• 2 applications → Light traffic areas.

• 3 applications → Most projects (recommended).

• 4 applications → Only if tested first on a sample piece.
